巴爾的摩港口，海風輕拂，水面寬闊而安靜。碼頭邊停泊著白色遊艇與舊式帆船，遠處紅磚倉庫與燈塔倒映在港灣之中，帶著美國東岸特有的歷史氣息。港邊的步道乾淨而悠閒，人們慢慢散步，偶有海鷗掠過水面。
鄰近的公園綠草如茵，大樹成蔭。湖水與草地相映，空氣清新而寧靜，彷彿城市中的一片靜土。若在此練一段太極，身隨風動，心也自然沉靜下來。
與吳老師即師母到此一游，隨後到拳友 Sherry 在 Baltimore 的家中小聚。屋內溫馨整潔，窗外是安靜的街區與綠樹。大家談拳論道，回憶各地太極交流的趣事，氣氛輕鬆愉快。短短一訪，既見港城風光，也感受到拳友之間的情誼，令人難忘。
