青森県（あおもりけん）・陸奥国（むつのくに）にて

本州（ほんしゅう）の北（きた）、青森県（あおもりけん）は、かつて陸奥国（むつのくに）と呼（よ）ばれていた。

その名（な）には、遠（とお）さと深（ふか）さが重（かさ）なり、どこか時（とき）の奥（おく）へ続（つづ）く響（ひび）きがある。

空気（くうき）は澄（す）み、風（かぜ）は強（つよ）く、自然（しぜん）は飾（かざ）らず、そのまま在（あ）る。

湖（みずうみ）も山（やま）も、語（かた）らないが、そこに立（た）てば、何（なに）かが伝（つた）わってくる。

ねぶたの灯（あか）りが夜（よる）に浮（う）かぶとき、静（しず）かな土地（とち）に、内（うち）に秘（ひ）めた力（ちから）が現（あらわ）れる。

動（どう）と静（せい）が交（まじ）わるその姿（すがた）は、この地（ち）の本質（ほんしつ）を映（うつ）しているようだった。

ここでは、時間（じかん）は急（いそ）がない。ただ自然（しぜん）とともに在（あ）り、人（ひと）もまた、その流（なが）れの中（なか）で、静（しず）かに生（い）きている。

青森の緑豊かな辺境にある森林は、緑から黄色、オレンジ色、赤色、茶色のカラフルな色に変わります。気温は下がり始め、温泉を楽しめる季節でもあります。
